Delivery / Fulfilment Policy

At SMART SUPPLIERS., we are committed to delivering both our consultancy services and digital products in a prompt and reliable manner. This policy outlines our fulfilment process for each service category.


1. Consultancy Services

How it works:

  • Once you submit a service inquiry, our team will respond within 1–3 business days.
  • We will discuss your requirements and provide a formal quotation.
  • Upon acceptance and payment confirmation, we will proceed to schedule your consultation or begin the project based on the agreed timeline.

Delivery Method:
Services are delivered through:

  • Virtual meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Email communication
  • Document sharing via secure platforms (e.g. Google Drive)

Timeline:
Timelines are determined based on your service scope and will be communicated clearly before project commencement.


2. Digital Products (Templates & Tools)

Delivery Method:

  • All digital products are delivered via email within 72 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Files are sent to the email address provided during checkout or inquiry. Please ensure your email is entered correctly.

File Format:

  • Templates are provided in editable formats such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or PDF, depending on the product.

 Important Notes

  • Digital product purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
  • If you do not receive your file within 48 hours, kindly check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@smartsuppliers.com with your payment receipt or order details.
  • For consultancy services, any changes to scheduled sessions must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.
